By accessing or using APTstage ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
APTstage provides AI-powered virtual staging services that allow users to upload photos of empty rooms and generate virtually staged versions. The Service uses artificial intelligence to add furniture and decor to your images.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
- One person may not maintain more than one account
4. Subscription and Payments
- Free Trial: New users receive 4 free image credits to try the Service
- Paid Plans: Subscription plans provide monthly image credits that reset each billing cycle
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Credits: Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over
- Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused credits
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
- Upload images containing nudity, violence, or explicit content
- Upload images you do not have the right to use
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or abuse the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our AI models
- Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws
6. Intellectual Property
- Your Content: You retain ownership of the images you upload
- Generated Images: You own the staged images we generate for you and may use them for any legal purpose
- Our Service: APTstage, its logos, and the underlying technology remain our intellectual property
- License: By uploading images, you grant us a license to process them for the purpose of providing the Service
7. AI-Generated Content
You understand and agree that:
- Generated images are created by AI and may not be perfect
- Results may vary and are not guaranteed to meet specific expectations
- Generated furniture and decor are for visualization purposes only
- We do not guarantee that generated images will be suitable for any particular purpose
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APTSTAGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before discontinuing the Service entirely.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time from account settings.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. Governing Law
